For complex itineraries, multi-leg trips, flights, tours, ground transportation, restaurant reservations, spa bookings, and everything else that goes into a full trip, Lindsey builds a plan around how you like to travel.

1. We Talk
Before I book anything, I want to understand what you actually want from this trip: pace, budget range, must-haves, and the things you'd rather skip.
2. I Build the Plan
For a multi-city or multi-week international trip, especially in Japan or Europe, I often work with preferred partners on the ground rather than booking every piece separately. It means smoother logistics and a better use of my planning time on the parts only I can do.
3. You Get One Clear Proposal
Pricing, timeline, payment deadlines, and cancellation policy are all spelled out upfront, with no surprises later.
4. I Stay on Top of the Details
Deposits, final payments, and any date-sensitive details are tracked so you don't have to think about them.
5. We Stay in Touch
You'll always know what the next step is without having to ask..
6. After You're Home
I check in after your trip, because the relationship doesn't end when the trip does.
