Trip planning for people
who don't have time to plan trips
Concierge-style trip planning for busy families, couples, and milestone travelers, from full itineraries to simple hotel bookings.
Every trip starts with the same question:
what does easy actually look like for you?
Maybe that's a Japan itinerary with a private guide already booked before you land, or a two-week Europe trip where every hotel, transfer, and dinner reservation is handled before you leave home.
I do the research, know which hotels are worth it, and build a trip around how your family actually travels, not a generic checklist.

Your trip, handled from start to finish
We start with a conversation about what you want. From there I build the itinerary, handle the bookings, and stay on top of every deadline until you leave.

Travel Planning Shaped by Experiences, Curiosity and Care
Lindsey spent years as a teacher before becoming a travel advisor, and she still plans the way good teachers work: anticipating questions before they're asked and shaping every detail around the person in front of her.
Her specialty is multi-city international travel, where the moves between destinations matter as much as the destinations themselves. Her own trips through Japan taught her how to make the Shinkansen feel effortless instead of overwhelming. Time in Italy, France, the Netherlands, and Belgium shaped how she plans for clients anywhere in Europe, pacing each day around the heat, the light, and the long lunches worth lingering over.
She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and three teens, and whether she's traveling as a family of five or slipping away for a food and wine getaway for two, she knows it's the details handled quietly in the background that make a trip feel easy.

The Meaning Behind
The name comes from two roots: meridian, the line that circles the globe and marks an exact point in time and place, and via, the Latin word for way or road. That's the idea behind how every trip gets planned here. Your trip is its own line across the world, plotted around where you actually want to go, not a route pulled off someone else's map.

Happy travellers
Lindsey was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond to our initial inquiry with helpful information and booking options. Cherry on top? Lindsey was notified of a price reduction and shared it with us immediately. Her quick action saved us $120 on our booking, and we didn't have to lift a finger. After confirming we wanted the lower price, Lindsey took care of the rest. We will definitely be repeat customers!
