Real client perks at the Conrad St. James, London
Same Price, Very Different Stay
1. I’m still watching your rate after you book
When you book a refundable room through me, I use Fora's price tracking tool to keep an eye on that rate even after your reservation is confirmed. If the price drops before your trip, I rebook you at the lower rate and you keep the savings, no extra step on your end. This has saved my clients real money: thousands of dollars on a client's London stay, and hundreds more on stays in Tokyo, New York City, San Diego, and Hawaii. That's money most people never even know they're leaving on the table, because once they book, they stop watching.
2. The perks you can’t get on your own
Through Fora's Preferred Partner network, I can often get you a room upgrade when one's available, resort credit, early check-in or late checkout, sometimes breakfast included. None of that shows up as an option on a booking site, it's tied to booking through me, not to the price you pay.
3. Your reservation is a priority
Hotels sometimes overbook, same as airlines, and when that happens, someone's reservation gets moved first. You pay the same rate no matter how you book, but hotels don't net the same amount from every channel. Big booking sites like Expedia and Booking.com take a significant cut of each reservation, while hotels pay out less to work with agencies like Fora, so those bookings matter more to them. Because I book directly with the hotel through that relationship, your reservation isn't one of the lower-margin ones on their list, so you're far less likely to be the one who gets walked to a different property.
4. When something goes wrong, you have a real person to call
Imagine your flight gets delayed, a property has an issue, or your plans change last minute. If you booked through an OTA (like Expedia), you're on hold with a call center that's never seen your itinerary. Even booking directly through major hotel brands (Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton) often routes you to a brand's general reservations line rather than the actual property, so you're still explaining your situation from scratch to someone unfamiliar with your stay. If you booked through me, you call or text me directly, and I work with my direct contacts at the property to intervene on your behalf.
5. You are supporting a small business
OTA's (Expedia, Booking.com, etc) are massive, publicly traded companies, and you're just a booking number to them. When you work with me, you're supporting someone who actually knows you, advocates for your preferences and celebrations, and has the contacts to make sure your stay is all that you want it to be. Your stay is personal to me, not a line in a quarterly earnings report, so I care about getting it right in a way a call center never will.
